The award-winning restaurants include Beckon, Brutø and The Wolf's Tailor from Denver.
All of these eateries have been independently chosen by the editors of Condé Nast Traveler and evaluated by a local collaborator who visited that restaurant. James Beard Award-winning Tyson Cole chose Denver for his first restaurant outside of Texas because he was drawn to the city's lifestyle. In homage to that local history, chef and owner Tommy Lee took the name of this modern Chinese restaurant in RiNo. Located in the River North Arts District, this contemporary restaurant offers quarterly menus featuring seasonal favorites.
