He recommended popular Denver eateries such as HashTag by Troy Guard, Constellation by Little Man Ice Cream, and ChOlon by Lon Symensma. Leon studied cooking at Johnson University in Wales before moving to California and working at the Michelin-starred Plumed Horse restaurant in Saratoga. He then opened Noisette, a traditional French restaurant and pastry shop that reflects his skills from the French Culinary Institute.
